Story plot

You is the son of Keigo Kurusu, and is in the hospital due to a heart condition. In the third world Minene Uryu calls Keigo to tell him his son has said heart problem, and if he wants to save him to call a hospital. It is revealed in the credits of the last episode that You's condition is treated.
